This large tent with tables, live music, beer, and Bavarian pretzels will make you feel like you're in Munich! A great way to relax and enjoy authentic German food while you watch or participate in traditional German dances, or cheer on stein holding and costume contestants.

Many festival-goers get into the spirit and dress up in dirndls and lederhosen. If you're among them, be sure to participate in the annual Costume Contest held in the Biersch Garten on both Saturday and Sunday immediately after the stein holding contest (approximately 2:45-3pm.)

A Bavarian feat of strength, the stein-holding contest is a longstanding tradition to see who can hold a full stein of beer at arm's length for as long as possible. The annual contest will be held in the Biersch Garden at 2pm on both days of the festival.
There will be a $30 entrance fee to participate in this year's contest.
With four stages placed throughout the festival, there will be live music, street performances, DJ Central, and community entertainment. The Zicke Zacke Band will play all weekend in the Biersch Garten.

No matter your age, there's fun for everyone in the Oktoberfest KidsZone. There will be a climbing wall, slide, crafts, face painting and lots of other great activities.

Kick off the weekend's festivities with a Fun Run/Walk with the whole family. There's a Kid's Dash, 5K and 10k in Campbell Park. Hosted by Campbell Recreation & Community Services.
